Meet and Greet Sessions for First-Time Applicants

Meet and Greet Sessions for First-Time Applicants

Opportunity Fund gives grants for arts and social & economic justice. Letters of inquiry for the Spring 2019 cycle are due on January 15, 2019. In advance of that deadline, join us for informal, small-group (max 15) gatherings to meet with Program Officer Tiffany Wilhelm, learn about our focus areas and process, hear insights about how to prepare a strong application, meet other applicants, and ask any questions you may have. This session is designed for people and organizations who are new to Opportunity Fund’s process or applying for grants in general.

Dates: January 4th at 9 am, and January 11th at 3 pm.

Location: 5126 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15224

Parking and Access: The 88 bus stops near our office. Metered parking is available on Penn Avenue. Our office space is wheelchair accessible. Opportunity Fund welcomes all visitors with assistance animals. If you require an accommodation to fully participate (ASL, captioning, etc.), please contact Tiffany at twilhelm@theopportunityfund.org or 412-362-1300.

RSVP required

We will try to keep the session to 1 hour. Folks with additional questions, or who would like assistance with our online grants system, may stay longer. Attendance at a session is not a requirement to apply for funding.

Can’t make any of those times? Is our location inconvenient for you? Contact Tiffany at twilhelm [at] theopportunityfund.org to set up a time for a call so we can share the information with you.
