The Human Service Integration Fund (HSIF) is a flexible funding pool for projects that foster departmental integration and investment in innovative technological and programmatic systems that would otherwise be more difficult or impossible to accomplish with designated public sector dollars. The Allegheny County Department of Human Services is responsible for full programmatic and financial reporting on all grants and contracts, while The Pittsburgh Foundation manages the fund and its activities.
