Center of Life ensures that youth and families receive the skills, education, training, and resources to be strong and to make their communities strong through a core family of programs. COL was established to empower the underserved community of Hazelwood by addressing the economic and educational gaps through programs focused on self-empowerment, cultural enrichment, life skills, and education.
