Bridge to The Mountains

Bridge to the Mountains was founded in response to gaps in traditional homelessness services—particularly the absence of outreach models that center relationship, choice, and lived experience. While they are often categorized as a street outreach or harm reduction program, their core identity is relational and justice-oriented. They meet people where they are, without prerequisites, timelines, or predetermined definitions of success. They focus on building trust, sustaining engagement, and supporting people through complex and often non-linear paths, particularly with folks who are not well served by traditionally “compliance”-based systems.
