The ACLU Foundation of Pennsylvania is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to defending and protecting the individual rights and personal freedoms of all Pennsylvanians. Through advocacy, education, and litigation we work to preserve and promote freedom of speech, the right to privacy, reproductive freedom, and equal treatment under the law and to defend the rights of women and minorities, workers, students, immigrants, LGBTQI people, and others who have seen bias and bigotry threaten citizens’ constitutional rights.
